Currently we are seeking a team player to be part of the accounting team as a Senior Financial Analyst. Ideally you have 3-5 yrs accounting experience and have worked in a property management environment.
Description of Duties:
- Online banking
- Journal entries
- Maintaining mortgage schedules
- Monitoring utility accounts
- Bank reconciliations
- Financial reporting and schedules
- Monthly cashflow statements
- Budgets
- Year End reconciliation / schedules for outside auditors
- Cashflow statements
Requirements:
· University degree or college diploma in accounting or related discipline
· Minimum 3-5 years experience
· Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Intermediate MS Excel
· Knowledge of Yardi Software or other similar Property Management software is a definite asset
· Detail oriented and organized
· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation:
Salary will be commensurate to qualifications and experience. Also included is a pension plan, an attractive benefit package and bonuses. 24hour use of an on-site state of the art fitness center also included.
