CLV Group is growing and we are seeking a responsible, professional team oriented individual to become part of our organization.
As an Area Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple commercial and residential properties and reporting to the Property Manager. The Area Operations Manager position is an entry-level management role.
You must have a minimum of 3 years experience in general residential construction repairs.
Efficiency at directing contractors, staff and managing schedules is imperative. Must possess excellent organization and time management skills and have a strong ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
As a qualified candidate you have your own vehicle and tools.
