CLV Group is a boutique real estate firm specializing in identifying, acquiring, developing, building and managing high-quality real estate assets in Canada. Our mission is to build and invest in vibrant communities by leveraging each of our business services, all of which are rooted in a shared commitment to excellence.  

The recent merger of CLV Group and PBC Group has been a strong step forward for both firms, creating a complimentary platform that enables us to meet our future business goals.  What we know to be true is that our historic results and continued success are the result of phenomenal teams on both sides. As we merge in the upcoming year, we anticipate significant growth across all aspects of our business and will be looking for top talent to join us.
